Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused or gently used, in original packaging
• Products must not be more than 30% consumed
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Sale items and gift sets may have different return policies as noted at time of purchase

• Downloadable products
• Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale

Return Process

1. Initiate a return: Log into your account and go to "Order History" to start the return process, or contact our customer service team.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.
3. Shipping: Use the provided return label (if applicable) or ship the items to our returns address.
4. Processing: Once received, returns typically take 3-5 business days to process.
5. Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2-7 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating your return. Once we receive your return, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
